Angela York Crane is a certified Hatha yoga teacher and a Jungian-oriented Spiritual Guide. Her struggle with lupus, an autoimmune illness, was the impetus that brought her to yoga ten years ago. Through a meditation, Hatha yoga, and pranayama practice, she has learned to maintain her health, embody her presence, and deepen her path of devotion. Her classes aim to connect body, mind, and spirit, the inner and outer, and bring into consciousness the innate wisdom of the body, and the bravery of an open heart.
